A police investigation is being launched into the Queen's Medical Centre and City Hospital

Bereaved parents feared maternity failures at Nottingham hospitals seven years ago, letters have shown. Nottinghamshire Police announced it would be launching an investigation into the Queen's Medical Centre and City Hospital after dozens of baby deaths and injuries.

Families wishing to contact the review can do so by emailing nottsreview@donnaockenden.com or by filling out an online form here "We need to trust that NUH are conducting an appropriate inquiry. We do not currently believe that you are. Can you re-assure us please?" Following the announcement of the police investigation, Mr Hawkins told Nottinghamshire Live: "People have known for a very long time. They have been asked by us to take definitive action and they absolutely refused.

Ms Ockenden said calls by families should have been acted on sooner by NUH. “There is a duty to be honest and open and we will need to look at everything that comes out," she told BBC Radio 4's Today programme.
