“Mañana Sera Bonito” earned rave reviews
The nearly two-and-a-half-hour showcase was that of a top-flight pop spectacle, complete with a nebulous, three-chapter cartoon fairytale narrated by Morgan Freeman, which played during costume changes. The story portrayed Karol G as a happy mermaid who swam on rainbows, but uh-oh, her heart then became frozen, leaving her trapped in an icy tower . After “A Ella,” she trotted off the stage, down to the fans and allowed some to sing into her microphone — a rarity in this post-pandemic world!
