Ahead of Strictly Come Dancing's launch night Adam Thomas shared a snap alongside his fellow co-stars on his social media.

BBC star Adam Thomas delighted fans when he shared a sneak peak of what's going on behind the scenes of Strictly Come Dancing ahead of launch night.

In the picture Adam posed holding up peace signs with a water bottle in his hand alongside presenter Angela Scanlon, Coronation Street's Ellie Leach, Love Island star Zara McDermott, radio host Nikita Kanda and comedian Eddie Kadi. He captioned the funny snap: "Did someone say spray tan!!! And so it begins... having the best time," alongside a dancing emoji and heart as the pair beamed widely at the camera.

Sharing a very 'rare' topless photo of himself, Adam shared that swimming has been a major factor in helping him manage the condition.
