To me I don't believed in police and army, we citizen or civilians should call our self in order, if you steal ballot box you steal your future and every police men and women are politician.

We will not have thugs or unwanted people with illegal weapon in our society if our security personnel are doing their jobs right.

We need strong institutions. If the police is strong enough, there'll be no need for the military to be deployed during elections.

The military were deployed in 2015. Soldiers were deployed to strategic positions in some parts of the country in 2015 during the elections.

Why are we still discussing this? don't we have other more relevant issues of national significance to discuss. Who are these people to lecture us on democracy? I think the media are also asking leading questions suggestive of their bias on this issue.
The other gentleman in the studio, yes, legislature is first to be mentioned in our Constitution and it is the symbol of democracy but the head of Executive is still the Head of Government, Head of State and number one citizen.
