Ed Sheeran may be one of the biggest stars in the world, but sometimes even global pop superstars want to get back to basics. Like with his new album, which he has just revealed the cover of - and it's reassuringly DIY.
Earlier this year he said: "Last autumn, I found that my friends and I were going through so many life changes. After the heat of the summer, everything either calmed, settled, fell apart, came to a head or imploded."The concept for the cover of Autumn Variations is thanks to a friend of Ed's, and he's obviously chuffed with it. But there's something fun for fans to do with the physical release that's got them all excited.
Instagram "I asked her to start drawing autumn-themed things and compiling them so we could make a cover for this. I always wanted to make an album cover that could be customised by you whilst you listen to it, so we have a blank vinyl sleeve and a sticker sheet so you can make your own variations of autumn, or how it feels to you.
