The Newsroom teaches media-wannabes like the Guardian how to apply principled journalism. Not the every day rubbish spewed, followed by the plea for donations.

Change out some characters. No Jim and Maggie. More Sloan and Don. More Elliot. More diversity and bring back Jane Fonda

Wait, what? The Newsroom was superb. Hopefully soon to be IS superb.

Excuse me, but The Newsroom is one of the best TV shows and it was exactly because of Aaron Sorkin. Stop writing a toxic opinion and call it 'the news'.

Worth watching for the first and last episodes alone. While it meanders a bit in the middle it is nonetheless well above the average.

So, we all get you hated it, stuheritage, but I suspect you are very, very wrong in your assessment of 1. Who watched it and 2. Who hated it. Thanks for sharing, but I'd recommend you simply switch off the TV & do something else if it does come back.
