Not in the public sector it hasn’t still below inflation rises after pay freezes and lagging behind people won’t tolerate much more
Whenever the word 'real' is used in economics you just know that it doesn't give the whole picture. Much like the 'real terms' funding increases in the NHS that actually mean less funding.
You forgot to add ‘despite brexit’
Not in the public sector it doesn’t. Thanks to the Tory’s!
Most wages out there are still totally unrealistic, and people are still struggling to make ends meet
What about people who live in the real world
Why is this the only business news story without the word 'brexit' in the title?.........
Excellent news that is entirely due to Brexit and will only improve come April.
Not for the thousands of public sector workers who are worse off than in 2010. Key staff such as nurses using food banks just to survive is not a sign of economic proudness it is a sign we can not even look after those that look after us. FairPayForAll.
rich skynews reporters living in fake tory land , sky stop spreading fake news...............wages are down 50%
Who the frick has had a pay rise?
despitebrexit
Fake news
Is this government fake facts? Not happen for any of us around my area?
But they said Brexit would ruin the country
Despite Br.... ah I can’t be bothered anymore
Not where I work. This will be the third year without a pay rise. We are constantly told that it is better to safeguard jobs than give pay rises. The mantra is be thankful you have a job.
Not hard to improve on no to negative wage growth.
I blame Brexit, wait what DOH!
It had an extremely low starting point. Not hard to improve on nearly nothing
Not in the public sector it hasn’t!!
I reject the maths that discounts the real inflation and presents a glossy overhead.
Where?, Other than company Executives awarding themselves multi million bonuses and this must also include MP's accepting consultation fees, cos it certainly doesn't reflect reality for ordinary actual hardworking people.
Where ? Not in the NorthEast
Huzzah! *books round the world cruise*.
Brexit, bring it on.
Brexit kicking in.
