Big Brother's Helen Adams steps out ahead of the show's comeback

The now 45-year-old hairdresser wore an Aristocats T-shirt and black leggings and trainers as she headed to the localIt's been 22-years since the bubbly blonde appeared on the show, where she became famous after she said: 'I like blinking, I do.'

A look back: Helen's appearance comes 22 years after the hairdresser hit cult status on the show - pictured with fellow contestant and lover Paul Clarke who she dated for five years Helen went onto make a slew of TV appearances on shows such as Loose Women, GMTV and Ready, Steady Cook before she and Paul split in 2006.

It's thought that along with moving to Bristol to work in hairdressing, Helen has since married and now has a daughter.
