Consider this statement by the INEC Chaiman: ' Indeed, managing 91 political parties and 23,316 candidates for whom votes will be cast in 119,973 polling units is certainly astounding.' This is a logistics nightmare! How about fewer parties on the ballot?

This reasons are OK but they are professionals. They should have known about this. After the election this guy should resign, he just increase the level of politicians that will go to the tribunal
After carefully reading this explanation logically, I salute the courage of the commission to admit and take full responsibility for the inconvenience caused. While being pleased with the reasons,I wish to request that the commission keep to its mandate of being truly independent
