Third BTS member to enlist in South Korean military service FMTNews FMTLifestyle

Suga is the third member of BTS to have begun the process of enlisting for South Korea’s mandatory military service.

“We would like to inform our fans that Suga has initiated the military enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement,” HYBE said in a statement. Since their debut in 2013, BTS have been credited with generating billions of dollars for their country, as well as boosting the image and soft power of South Korea – now a global cultural powerhouse.
