Authorities also confirmed Tuesday that the man who caused the crash — identified as Ryan M. Koss — has been charged with “grossly negligent” driving resulting in death.
According to the press release, police met with Koss on Tuesday evening “at the Shaftsbury Barracks, where he was processed on the charge and released.” Koss was driving a Honda Element SUV on June 12 when he “turned into the path of Mr. Williams’ motorcycle” which resulted in the actor’s fatal injuries, per the report.
