Cain noted that while Disney has experienced “business issues based on, sort of their ‘wokeness,’” he has been thrilled to see pro-American films do well at the box office.“It makes me really happy to see a film like Top Gun: Maverick do so well, or Sound of Freedom,” Cain told Mornings with Maria Bartiromo this week. “You know, it’s nice to see films that are out there that aren’t hating on America, and it’s nice to be able to support America, and then say, ‘Ok, this makes sense.
“It’s nice to be able to say, ‘Child trafficking is bad,’” Cain continued. “I don’t know why there’s a big uproar against Sound of Freedom, but saying child trafficking is bad and we should end that completely — that kind of makes perfect sense to me. Who can argue that?”"I have to admit that if you told me a year ago that I was going to leave California, I would have said: ‘Not a chance,’” Cain said.
"I moved because of all the tax policies, the soft-on-crime policies... tax on everything: energy, water, gas, the craziest ever sales tax," Cain noted, saying he was “ecstatic” to be in Las Vegas, Nevada now. In an effort to fight against Hollywood’s “wokeness,” Cain is releasing his new graphic novel, Dean Cain: All-American Lawman.“It’s kind of in the vein of Romancing the Stone, or the early Indiana Jones movies. It’s about right and wrong, it’s about beautiful art and a compelling story dealing with contemporary issues, like the fentanyl crisis and the border, and the issues like that — kind of somebody who has to step up and do things to right the wrongs,” Cain said. “It’s beautifully well done.
Cain said his new graphic novel will be available in December and is currently available for pre-order.
