Appears United is attempting to surpass American as the absolute worst domestic airline to fly on. American yells at their passengers and include a complimentary kick in the shins at no extra charge!

We never, ever fly United since my daughter missed her connecting flight in Denver when the plane left early. She came in on United, so they knew they had passengers arriving for that flight and they left early anyway. She could see it on the tarmac. Too bad.
