Kevin Costner’s estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, reportedly needs her ex’s permission to remove any items — aside from her personal belongings — from their marital home.
A judge ruled Friday morning that the former handbag designer needs to have a discussion with the “Yellowstone” star before taking any property from their Santa Barbara, Calif., estate,The items reportedly include furniture, furnishings, appliances, artwork and other belongings that may be in a storage unit.
However, Baumgartner’s clothing, toiletries, handbags and jewelry are free for her to move as she pleases. A judge ruled Friday that Christine Baumgartner must have a discussion with Kevin Costner before removing belongings that are not only hers from their marital home.
