This sounds class, fair play, girls! 🙌🏼

Ellie Kelly and Charleen Murphy are known for their hugely popular podcast, Hold My Drink.

But now they’re swapping their podcast mics for a TV camera – and it’s safe we’re only dying to watch.Ahead of the World Cup, which sees Ireland’s women’s team take on some of the biggest global teams in Australia, the girls will get to know football.Charleen and Ellie’s Football Fever sees the influencers learn more about soccer so they can cheer on the Girls in Green later this summer.

In the first episode, Charleen and Ellie get a football education from coach Pearl Slattery and show off their football skills. Players Alex Kavanagh and Amanda McQuillan also test the duo’s soccer skills in a baptism by fire. Ellie and Charleen announced the news on social media writing: “We have been up to something. Join us as we tackle the world of football and support the girls in green as they head to the World Cup!”“Charleen and Ellie’s Football Fever is streaming NOW on @rteplayer,” they said.The World Cup kicks off on July 20th with Ireland’s first match at 11am which will see the team take on Australia.
