attended the Versace Pop-up store opening in Seoul. The idol was the first celebrity to enter the store, with only a few authorized reporters being allowed to enter. Hyunjin was the only male idol to get an invite and was the only guest wearing an unreleased Versace item; his bag. His photos with the bag quickly garnered viral attention. Numerous magazines hailed him as a ''friend of the brand'' in their coverage of the event.

Later that day, Donatella Versace herself posted on Instagram with some celebrities wearing Versace and decided to use him as the thumbnail for the post, which Stray Kids' official account later liked. The Stray Kids' Instagram account is the only KPOP-related account Donatella follows aside of Jisoo from BLACKPINK. ESQUIRE Korea, which was his first solo magazine cover, also released two shorts with him on the event.
