The organisers for State of Origin have been roasted by the fans for choosing New Zealand band SIX60 as the pre-match entertainment with one fan describing the performance as 'music I'd hear at the local RSL'.

Traditionally the State of Origin crowds are treated to heavy rock bands with Australian icons like Shannon Noll and The Living End who did the shows for the first two games.
