Thank you for everything - Elton John performs at final show

Coldplay and Elton John / Instagram The 76-year-old wrapped up his 'Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour' in Sweden on Saturday. It is the last time his fans will see him on tour.paid tribute to the five-time Grammy Award winner during their own show in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The show was taking place at the same time as Elton's concert. Coldplay's lead singer, Chris Martin, appeared onscreen to wish Elton well. “Elton, we want to say from all of us here, from all the bands and all the artists that you’ve loved and inspired and helped, we just love you so much. We are so grateful for everything you’ve done for us, everything you’ve done for the AIDS Foundation. Every time you’ve been kind to anybody, everything you have done for LGBTQ, everything you have done for fashion...we're gonna miss you so much," he said.
