Tens of thousands of people will be heading to Glasgow Green next week.

Extra train services will be in operation next week to support major music events happening in the city.

Additional services will also be in place with later trains to Inverclyde, Ayr, Edinburgh, and East Kilbride. Some trains will be retimed to support the event, so ScotRail is encouraging festivalgoers to check and plan their journey in advance. Glasgow Green can be accessed from five stations, all within a 20-minute walk – Bridgeton, High Street, Glasgow Central, Glasgow Queen Street, and Argyle Street station. However, customers are reminded that Argyle Street station closes at 6pm on Sundays.
