Michelin-starred Ramen Nagi, one of the most famous ramen restaurant chains in Tokyo, will open its first San Diego County location later this summer at Westfield UTC shopping center.
Founded in 2004 by chef Satoshi Ikuta, Ramen Nagi is known for its silky noodles and slow-cooked, cutting-edge broth flavors. Over the years the company has grown to 35 locations worldwide, including a handful along the California coast that have opened in the past five years.
