Intake to the music program is suspended, and college spokesperson says room is needed for other programs

SUDBURY — With intake of students into Cambrian College’s music program remaining suspended, and the last students in the program having now graduated, the college is selling off its musical instruments starting this week.

“There is a formal process for that, which we have not undertaken yet. However, given enrolment trends provincially, we do not anticipate a change to the decision to suspend the intake, and that is the reason we are selling the musical instruments. A “musical yard sale” is being held June 28-30 in room 1176 at the college. The event runs 6-9 p.m. June 28 and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. June 28, 29 and 30 . Email charlene.biggs@cambriancollege.ca to book a time.
