CEO Jeon Hong Joon sent a proof of content to Warner Music Korea on the same day, and alleged that the outside agency had approached Warner Music Korea, making a proposal where they would have Attrackt sell their rights to FIFTY FIFTY. Attrackt representatives stated, "We have already found evidence that show clear attempts made to illegally rob us of the FIFTY FIFTY members. We ask Warner Music Korea to explain their position clearly."
