Titchener’s work involves partnering with industries like oil and gas, forestry and tourism, and government agencies, to reduce human-wildlife conflict. She creates courses to help people understand the dangers of wildlife and how to safely coexist with them. But even with nearly 20 years under her belt, Titchener is just getting started and has her eyes on the Arctic: next stop, polar bears.to start a polar bear risk and hazard assessment.
