There is a reason why people dubbed him the God of Dance. Although he’s dial-down from the crazy headstands and acrobatic balancing moves, this performer can still turn up the heat with his charismatic stage presence. As soon as he exploded on stage with “Wild City” and “Sing This Song” , we saw him delivering karate-style high-kicks, the iconic hand choreography and vowing the crowd with his marches and salutes with precision on “Dark Side Temps” .
We don’t blame the ladies who lost their marbles when Aaron killed his hip-thrusts of “Valid Date” , where he rode the microphone stand like a horse. During the concert, he was even lifted unto the shoulders of his backup dancers in precise formation.Throughout the 2-hour concert, we saw different sides to Aaron Kwok. The chameleon went from guy-next-door to party animal to hunky sex symbol. He also made sure to show off his hard work at the gym by flexing his biceps.
The artist also kept the show exciting with his numerous quick costume changes. He came out in a frilly cowboy ensemble during “Para Para Sakura”, paid tribute to Michael Jackson with the mobster get-up , donned a figure-hugging reflective outfit, and for the encore, Aaron appeared on stage in a sporty pink and white baseball uniform when he closed the show with “Dynamite” and “Fascinated” .
