A Kickstarter campaign for a new set of art books from Marvel and Clover Press is now live, featuring two of Marvel’s greatest artists of all time: davidmackau (Jessica Jones, Dream Logic) and alexmaleev (Daredevil, Moon Knight.)

Fans of the modern Marvel style are in luck: in conjunction with Marvel Entertainment, Clover Press will be releasing a new series of coffee table books entitled The Marvel Art Of David Mack and The Marvel Art Of Alex Maleev featuring art from two of the company’s most defining and exciting illustrators of the modern period. Only the first of a planned series of art books, to be called The Marvel Art Of…, these new tomes are now available for pre-order from Kickstarter.

The Marvel Art Of… books honor the legacy and signature styles of some of today’s most popular and respected artists. These are stunning books that will allow True Believers everywhere to see rarely seen art by fan-favorite artists.”

The Rembrandt House Museum in Amsterdam has transformed one of its rooms into a tattoo parlor for a residency it calls “A Poor Man’s Rembrandt.” It features Henk Schiffmaker and other top Amsterdam tattoo artists for a week starting Monday. For between about 50 euros and 250 euros ($54 - $270), visitors can get their own permanent reminder of Rembrandt.
