Sahara Desert expanded 10% over the last 90 years. Why not import a river of gravity fed ocean water to create a 19,424 square kilometer (7,500 square mile) inland sea to demonstrate how to mitigate desertification, rising sea levels & sequester valuable 'Sky-Carbon' economically
