Carl Mullan has said he found the attention after winning Dancing with the Stars to be "overwhelming" - and admitted he wasn’t the best dancer on the show.He revealed a few people had warned him about a possible comedown after winning, but admitted that didn’t happen.

Carl continued: "I knew I wasn’t the best dancer on Dancing with the Stars. So there was another reason why people were voting for you."It was the strangest feeling… I went underground for a few days. It was mental.The father-of-one is married to Aisling - and the pair have another baby on the way.Carl previously told The Irish Mirror how Dancing with the Stars was just as terrifying as the JNLRs to him and his RTE breakfast show co-hosts.
