Ryan Tubridy has returned to work after enjoying a sundrenched holiday in Galway for his 50th birthday.

“I was happy to get into the car and go west without a plane or an airport or security and just jammed my way to the west of Ireland, jammied my way to Clifden and to the beautiful shores of the Connemara coast and the Wild Atlantic Way.Thankfully, he managed to escape getting sunburnt as temperatures reached 25 in the west.“Use loads of it, lash it on and I managed to save myself from being the human radish, which was great.
