Former Coronation Street star Jack James Ryan has shared a touching tribute after the sudden passing of an important family member.
Jack shared a sweet snap of him and Frank, a tan and grey French bulldog, with the actor holding his dog’s face as the pup looked up at him, writing: “Utterly devastated to say we lost my best boy Frank today very unexpectedly to an aggressive cancer. He was the best mate a guy could ask for.” Jack played Jacob Hay on Coronation Street from 2021, before leaving the ITV soap in January of this year in a dramatic exit storyline that saw his character deciding to leave the street after he was threatened by Damon, his on-screen father.
