Kathryn Thomas believes Operation Transformation is still a success because the leaders open up their hearts and their homes in a way not seen on other Irish TV shows.
Kathryn told RSVP Live: “Operation Transformation has its core audience and it will always have its core audience. It is the time of the year it comes on, it is after Christmas and everybody is getting ready for a new year.Kathryn is always very emotional on Operation Transformation because she gets very close to the leaders and their personal journeys.
“They feel like they need support and they don’t feel like themselves. It is really important that we are there for them as a team. I interview these people and they are opening their hearts and souls. It is very emotional because there is huge honesty with them.
