The father of three kept his diagnosis a secret for two and a half years.

Former A Place in the Sun presenter, Jonnie Irwin, has hit out at the Channel 4 show as he claims he was "thrown on a scrap heap" following his diagnosis with terminal cancer.

In March, Jonnie shared a selfie with former co-host Jasmine Harman at A Place in the Sun's live show at Manchester. However, the star was quick to clarify he would not be returning to the Channel 4 show.
