The Super Mario Bros. Movie features some of Nintendo's most iconic characters, and here is how old Mario, Luigi, Peach, and the rest of them are.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie has tons of main characters that have become iconic from their video game appearances, and here is how old each one is in the film. Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and the rest of Nintendo's beloved Mario characters have finally come to the big screen in animated form in Nintendo's first collaboration with Illumination, with it hopefully being far from the last.

Luigi Is Also About 25 Years Old In The Super Mario Bros Movie Since Mario is around 25 years old in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Luigi is around that same age as well. Mario and Luigi are fraternal twins, and although Luigi is younger due to the stork dropping him off later in Yoshi's Island, they were still born on the same day.

Toad's Age Varies Depending On The Iteration It's incredibly hard to pin down Toad's age in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, as no members of the fictional species have ever had their ages confirmed. While there are outliers like Toadsworth, pretty much every Toad looks the same regardless of age. The Toad in The Super Mario Bros. Movie seems to be based on Captain Toad, who is portrayed as a bit older than the rest of the Toads in the video game series.
