New book brings B.C. physicists and artists together for creative discussion

Q: How would you describe it?The book is a broad representation of our activities over the years with a focus on the three exhibitions but also writing by various physicists and scholars who participated in the project, as well as our own writing on collaboration, language and beauty to name a few inspiring thematics. It is filled with many images of artwork generated through the process within an innovative design.

Photo: Keith SpencerThere is a German expression for interdisciplinarity, “aus dem Fenster lehnen” that roughly translates as “leaning out of the window.” Thanks to our Berlin collaborators, Margit Schild and Elvira Hufschmid, for this inspiring phrase.
