Michael R. Jackson, the Pulitzer- and Tony-winning playwright of A Strange Loop, is sinking his choppers into a stage musical adaptation of the 2007 cult horror-comedy film Teeth, set for an Off Broadway debut next year

Playwrights Horizons produces by special arrangement with Mark Gordon Pictures.was first produced Off Broadway by Playwrights Horizons in 2019, premiering on Broadway in 2022. The musical won the 2020 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and 2022 Tony Awards for Best Musical and Best Book of a Musical., written by David Adjmi with song’s by Arcade Fire’s Will Butler; directed by Daniel Aukin.
