There’s the First Monday in May, there’s the Last Friday in April, and now, thanks to Christopher John Rogers, we have the Last Saturday in April.

At the Brooklyn Navy Yard last night, the designer presented his resort 2024 collection to a crowd that included Teyana Taylor, Quinta Brunson, Ashley Graham, Aquaria, and many more—most donning his signature rainbow creations, as is business as usual chez CJR. The event was one in a weekend full of parties, cocktails, and openings, all looking to capitalize on the Met Gala tomorrow, but as a guest said as we waited for the show to start, “even in the rain, this is the one you couldn't miss.
