Steph Curry, walking directly behind Poole, sees the exchange and yells “Hey” at Poole, who turns around briefly before sitting on the bench. Curry talks to him for a moment, Poole never makes eye contact with Curry, then Curry walks back over to Green and low-fives him.
It’s hard to tell exactly when during the game the exchange occurred, but the game clock in the background seems to align with a Warriors full timeout at the 8:45 mark of the second quarter — as does Poole’s attitude. Prior to that timeout, Poole missed three consecutive shots and committed a personal foul in slightly more than two minutes of game time after replacing Andrew Wiggins at the 10:53 mark.
