She signed up to the show knowing that she could be injured at anytime as she's not an experienced Bobsleigh, Ski jumper or any other winter sport they had to do. The courts should just throw the case straight out the window.

Maybe it's just me but when does personal accountability come in...u aren't a skier....u're a gymnast.... Surely a small part of ur brain says this isn't too clever I'm not skilled enough to take this on without greater training I'll stop b4 I get hurt. Why go on?...oh yeah...

So she went on the 4th series of a show reknowned for injuring the contestants. Simple as peas!! Its winter sports. The risk is part of the rush!!

Surely they had them sign something beforehand, in order to cover things such as injuries! If not then why appear on a show where injury was a possibility
