Amy Schumer has put her luxury Manhattan penthouse on the market for $15 million. The actress and comedian purchased the house in 2016, paying for $12.15 million for the 4,500-square-foot apartment.

It is situated on the 12th story of the 1911-built Beaux-Arts building, and Schumer described the condo as her “Manhattan dream apartment.”The full-floor unit boasts a rare level of indoor-outdoor living by New York City standards, with 3,000 feet of outdoor space split between a private rooftop patio and numerous wraparound terraces accessed by fold-away glass walls with views of the Hudson River, George Washington Bridge, and the New York skyline.
