According to the actress, their get-together was supposed to be a celebration of Pascual and Manahan’s special days, but it kept getting pushed back due to their busy schedules.“The reason behind this reunion is because birthday nina Piolo and Mr. M, and since January, pinipilit na naming magtagpo-tagpo ang schedules namin pero hindi nangyari until just recently,” Alonzo said, referring to Manahan using his nickname.
During the vlog, Alonzo also clarified that the reunion was not for an upcoming film but she hoped to work with them again in the future. “Marami kaming pinag-usapan na movies together,” she added with a smile.
