Are they anything but that?

They just want to portray their barbarism themselves in real life, they don't want it portrayed in movies.

Because the movie portrays everything in their caucus.

But you people are very barbaric..what happened during the Governor ship election says it all....

Snatching ballot boxes in broad day light, preventing people from casting their ballot is also barbaric and we saw it real time. The culture that promote agberoism is barbaric. The government should wake up, they're the promoters of the gangs of Lagos.

B4

This film is a real portrayal of the lagos people. 25 February 2023 presidential and 17 march 2023 governorship elections are very fresh in our minds of they are. Just the beginning. Kudos 👏 to the film producers.

It is what it is

The movie struck them where it hurts the Lagos APC government the most. Ban the movie let’s see na!

Because the film exposed the evil and live style of leaders in Lagos. An award-winning movie. It's not a cheap movie to he listed on Amazon Prime. When evil men are being exposed they don't welcome anything that tells more about them

Are agbero not barbaric?

Why not go to court!

Even from the oba of Lagos to that of elegushi and co are all barbaric

clickonqubie myaccessbank return my money ooo

Before nko?

Isn't it ? Just look at March 18 and Feb 25....Look at the tradition that prevented people from coming out in the morning until they have performed rituals...

The joke is on the irridentist yoruba ,Tinubu has really done damage to their culture .

Is it not saying the obvious.

Sanwo-Olu what happened in 25Feb and March does it say something different? You have no culture, you and your boss are the head of the gang with MC Oluomo.

Lol,

😂😂😂😂😂

What Tinubu and Lagos state government did during the presidential and Governorship elections to citizens of Nigeria wasn't barbaric ?

The reality cannot be hidden

But it's what it's, the movie says it all.

That’s exactly who some of your people are

Before nko?

Make them rest abeg

This is what you get in a jobless state.

2k per pack

followlasg LagosPoliceNG jidesanwoolu JokeSanwoolu drobafemihamzat APCLagosNG OfficialAPCNg inecnigeria ineclagos Are you not? The film simply portray the arrays of horrors Nigerians go through on daily basis from your government and your thugs (Agberos)

With the likes of MC Oluomo and co Nigeria is babaric.

I just dey wonder how Toyin Abraham or what’s her name surface in the movie with the fact she’s APC Tinubu fan and the movie is speaking about them while she take role for GVR💔😂🤲🤲🤲

With the brazen impunity exhibited by the National Electoral Commission (cos they ain't 'independent' but dependent on APC) what do you expect? How do you want the international community to see us? Of cos we're BATbaric. It's a shame.

If It is were Pablo when I stole a new name I would have done a nose & eyes job! Replace the eyes with that of a Sheep and Pinnacho nose 👃 that would have made me incognito 🥸. There you go Pablo wasn't as smart as Buhari who's now a doppelgänger!

Is your people and culture not barbaric?

Why are the Lagos political rascals complaining about a movie that portrays everything that's happening in Lagos. If you've any issue with the movie go to court

The ridicule of the Eyo masquerade must have been sponsored by an Obidient

When Yoruba Nollywood has for years portrayed Yorubas as Armed robbers? Herbalist visiting fanatics and Ritualist? You did not find your voice? Tufia

Lagos is not a good place 4 omoluabi

U are pure eranko in Lagos state... That is the true picture of lagos

When they sent thugs to disenfranchise none natives of lagos at the presidential and gubernatorial elections.. what will you call that?

And that's the real characters of Nigerians.

Looks like Lagos Government isn't a fan of the 'Gangs of Lagos' film. Maybe they thought it was a documentary on Lagos traffic! 🚗😄 GangsofLagos TrafficWoes

What about the useless Oro you people stupidly did during election.. thiefnubu have destroyed the whole yoruba raise

And where is the lie here

Worse than barbaric! You folks are unintelligent, 100%racists & corrupt wannabe nazis & you're violence influencers to the core. The 2023 elections is a typical example of what lagosians face daily, this film didn't even touch how bad you lot are, yet e shock una, awon weere!!!

Go to court...

Says the Yoruba criminal who was arrested in the US and is using a fake WAEC certificate.

That movie is exactly what Lagos and the people is all about

Barbaric indeed

Just like the nonsense they did with Elesin Oba pitching yorubas as living in tents and huts against colonialist living in palatial mansions. Elesin Oba was written based on a story that occurred just preindependence by a yoruba chief, the set should be stage or realistic. Crass

Thunder strike una, heritages of agberos, land grabber, thieves etc If you don't agree, go to court the movie illustrated exactly what's going on in Lagos state politics. One man and his crocked family want to be there for years😂 😆🤣A state wey agbero boldly help Sanwo-olu win

But the 2023 election portrays the culture of Lagos to be authentic! Awon eleleya dede!

and Gang of Lagos did what? i don't see the Mayor of London crying foul

Watch people!!...they are trying to link the issues raised in that film as a cultural situation!!lies...that movie called out the demonic..satanic stranglehold of evil men masquerading as cultural ambassadors ...on our society...

There was last year in when NUTRW clashed in Lagos Island. Last state government don't have the credibility to speak about a sane Lagos bcos they do worse than Gangs of Lagos using thugs

Because that's what you guys are

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 U tell Dem facts they complain Haaaaaa,9ja which way Building Don collapse o,make Una resolve that 1 first

Coming back home after watching Gangs of Lagos and the movie is so interesting 😆😆😅😅. Lesson to learn: No politicians (reasonable and non reasonable ones) will allow you as a notorious man to marry her daughter 😆😆😅😅

What has been seen, can never be unseen Quote (Thursday Edition)

Oro on election day to scare voters , and mcoluomo threatening voters in a supposed democratic society, is it not barbaric

Guilty conscience 🤣

Com’on it’s not that deep !!!! I will admit that agberoism exist and the movie characters portrayed it well

Great it’s on Amazon prime… Already a subscriber will watch this today!

Well

The movie exposed the structure of criminality established by Thiefnubu in Lagos and Obidient scattered that structure during the presidential and governorship elections

I like this, I wish Igbo leaders have said this to Nollywood a long time ago.

How i wish everyone of us and most especially the thugs could watch this movie, and learn lesson about these politicians with their ultra vires and recalcitrant behavior.

The biggest mistake Toyin made was to market this film after saying a Drug Lord was our preferred candidate. She didn’t know that the Film Industry has their own “Politics” which celebrities are ignorant of, and this kind of politics costs people money and their careers fast.

It's just the replica of what's happening in Lagos, even though we're still waiting for the ending in real life not fiction

And what is it before

Madam Commissioner are you from Lagos?

Your people no barbaric

I love the promotion... Keep sueing, this movie will break the Internet view in hours

Fiction is more barbaric than the fact our culture supported a drug dealer? 😔 We have finally lost our way...

This is reverse marketing . lol

Guilty conscience dey trouble dem. 😅

myaccessbank accessbank_help Reply to my tweet, and stop ignoring customers, it's our money, not yours.

It's the basic truth. Even Hollywood does this about its country and government. truthisbitter

Na lie abi na true?

The guilty are afraid, fighting everything as enemies, even real and imaginary ones. What has an ordinary fiction got to do with the culture of a people?

Are there not people like that in Lagos? Didn't we all witness more roguish aided and abetted behaviour by policemen during the election on Lagos? Who are they trying to impress?

Ban the movie now make we rest

Na bribe them need..Na today them don start to dey use eyo shout firm?

People wey no get sense 😂

But that's a fact. Living in mansions and manicured lawns doesn't make you refined or civil. Your attitude and values do.

Me I sha have watched it

You just gave people reasons to go watch your culture even though we saw some on display in the just concluded elections. Thank God the producer no be Chinedu or ifeanyi. Who can project your culture better than you. He only showed the world your people and culture.

Unrelated oh. But na why them dey always shoot Nollywood movies for Lagos? Other states no dey? Because I don tire to they see Lagos for every movies 😒

So do they wanna start vetting scripts before production or what

But the film sweet sha

Is it not?

Ordinary work of FICTION? Lagos Government why nah?

As if they really cared.

But that’s the truth

This controversy will make many people to go and watch it

Eziokwu na agba agba na nti.

I think this is a lie There's another reason they're not telling us!

Barbaric? Really?

Of course a people that practice xenophobia on fellow citizens are babaric and fascist.

If they’re not happy they should go to court!

Na true na

This is Art you now😂 I don’t understand the sort of country we live in

Lmao MC oluomo must be a saint

How did you win Elections...🤷 Civil or Barbaric...🤔

APC is barbaric

And so?

Free PR

It's not only barbaric but also repugnant to natural justice, equity and good conscience

Is that not the structure setup by Jagaban AKA Balablu? Dey play😒

Yes you're the first to portray your culture as barbaric, when you're using oro to chase people during the election,do you think you're doing justice to your culture? This is just the beginning
