Viewers have strong feelings about the show's authentic depiction of the sense of belonging, social pressures and uncomfortable dynamics inextricably linked to the church.

The Korean American church becomes a major plot point in the third episode of "Beef" when Danny, played by Steven Yeun, turns to the institution after narrowly avoiding an act of rage.Netflix’s chaotic comedy-drama “Beef” has dominated social media discussions since its release Thursday, but there’s one narrative in particular that Asian Americans can’t stop talking about.

The Korean American church becomes a major plot point in the third episode when Danny turns to the institution when he narrowly decides against setting Amy’s parked car ablaze after seeing her daughter, Junie, sitting in the back seat. Religion is the planets greatest SCAM.. Pedophiles

Imagine my shock when I see you writing an anti-Christian hit piece. Also, imagine how surprised I was to see that Netflix propagated this antigentile work. It’s the same play run over and over by you people. Millstones and such… You’ll be in my prayers.

Church is one of the last bonds of community, family and neighborhood. Of course Hollywood is trying to attack it.

Because we unconditionally trust Netflix’s portrayal of… anything.

😴

Do they really think it’s just Korean churches? Lol. This is all religion, it’s why it’s so effective.

Posted every day this week! Fresh content, PLEASE!

That’s pretty much every church. Being awashed with glory in that setting and then making morally reprehensible decisions the next bit ya know it’s ok bc u go to church. I appreciated the realness

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Go to God's word if you want to know about God. Hollywood is godless and I wouldn't trust anything that comes from it. Seek truth in Jesus.

Why weren’t there more trans people? This shows how bigotry survives in the Korean Netflix shows.

Shows how Christian music plays to emotions.

Because liberals think only white people go to church

What makes this newsworthy? 😨

Do those ones genitally mutilate their infant males like proper Americans past century or no?

Due to inflation, jesus now wants 20%

anything but american christians r ight? im sure your left wing fanitics would love you do some exposes on normal folk from america. you wont do it. focus on the womenface men.
