Isabella, also known to her friends as Bella, was born with a rare congenital disorder called Lumbar Sacral Agenesis. By the time she was seven years of age, she had to have both legs amputated.Baz and the team's job was to renovate and adapt the family home, as it had become unsuitable for Bella as she grew up. It needed to be adapted to be wheelchair accessible as well as have lower door handles and light switches installed.Viewers of the RTE programme were moved by the feel good show.
