Phillip Schofield will not return to This Morning for weeks following his brothers court case, which accuses him of 11 sexual offences involving a child.
Earlier in the week, Alison filled in for the 60-year-old presenter on Monday and Tuesday, with The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett stepping into Phillip's shoes on Wednesday and Thursday. Fans of the show were thrilled to see Joel fill in for Phil this week and took to Twitter to praise The Masked Singer host."Isn’t Joel a breath of fresh air #thismorning," another said while a third added: "I’m liking Joel Dommett on This Morning. #ThisMorning."
