The retired optometrist who is suing Gwyneth Paltrow over a ski crash incident has apologised for comparing the Hollywood actress to King Kong

Terry Sanderson has accused Paltrow of leaving him withMr Sanderson crashed into herReflecting on the comments he has made during the trial as it draws to a close, Mr Sanderson, who took to the stand again after testifying earlier in the week, apologised to Ms Paltrow for previous comments.

Pressed further on the issue, Mr Sanderson said: “I’m not sure but probably sounds familiar. I dispute my intentions, that’s all.”Mr Sanderson also said he did not remember referring to Paltrow as “Godzilla” to his own daughter.Asked if he regretted bringing the lawsuit, he told the court: “That’s the purpose, I think, is to make me regret this lawsuit.”
