Grandma with incurable breast cancer to hit the runway

Lorraine Jonas, 72, from Bushey will take part in the Breast Cancer Now show on April 20 along with others living with or beyond the disease., she has been fundraising for the charity and raised more than £4,000.Lorraine, a mother of three and grandmother of five, said: “I have never taken part in anything like it before, it’s way out of my comfort zone but I’m so excited to take to the catwalk.

She said: “Throughout my cancer experience my family and friends have been amazing, supporting me every step of the way.Lorraine in treatment Sadly, in January 2021 Lorraine received her third breast cancer diagnosis as well as being told she had bladder and urachal cancer and had to have two operations to remove the tumours.
