Former Larry Hogan chief of staff wanted by US marshals

Roy McGrath, 53, was scheduled to appear in court on Monday to defend himself against charges of theft and fraud during his time under Hogan, according to WBAL TV. After several hours of waiting, an arrest warrant was issued for McGrath. The U.S. Marshals Service put out a statement and wanted poster for the fugitive.The service"has initiated an interstate fugitive investigation and is now seeking to apprehend former Maryland governor's top aide," the statement read.

"Unfortunately, Mr. McGrath has not appeared in court today. And I'm unaware of where he is," Joseph Murtha said."The trial will not start today, and I believe it will be postponed."
