Emmerdale's Amy Nuttall 'in talks' with Strictly Come Dancing bosses after split

Amy Nuttall is reportedly in talks with BBC bosses about appearing on Strictly Come Dancing later this year after splitting with her husband Andrew Buchan.

The former Emmerdale star tied the knot with Andrew in 2012, but has been left heartbroken and 'crying everyday' following their split in December. Despite her heartache in recent months, Amy is looking for a "fresh start" and thinks Strictly would be the perfect opportunity. A source told The Sun: “Amy has been left broken by Andrew’s actions and feels humiliated by the whole ordeal."

This comes after Amy made a startling discovery in the lead-up to exposing Andrew's infidelity. The Downton Abbey actress reportedly learned of her husbands betrayal after she discovered he had been staying in London hotels near to their home.
