Hollywood favourite Michelle Yeoh took home the Oscar for Best Actress on Sunday night for her performance in the critically-acclaimed Everything Everywhere All At Once

Michelle Yeoh gave an emotional speech at the Oscars as she was awarded Best Actress in a Leading Role for her performance in Everything Everywhere All At Once.

Halle Berry, who presented Michelle’s Oscar to her, was the first Black woman to win the award. She won it for the 2001 film, The Monster’s Ball. Producer Jonathan Wang paid tribute to his wife and father as the sci-fi epic scooped the coveted award.
