Philip Condron, 32, was selected to be the stunt double for the top Hollywood actor’s character Pádraic Súilleabháin in a scene filmed on the edge of the sea-cliff of Dun Aonghasa on Aran Islands

A martial artist who played Colin Farrell’s stunt double in the Oscar-nominated The Banshees of Inisherin has said it was a "huge honour" to have been selected.

“I had safety wires on and it was surreal. I was really excited to play Colin’s stunt double and it was a huge honour.” Philip said when he was offered the part he didn’t realise at the time it was as Colin’s stunt double.
