RTE star Lottie Ryan has said she doesn't feel hard done by after missing out of the Dancing With The Stars hosting gig - as she is set to return to the ballroom floor to fight for her title this Sunday night.
But Lottie said it isn't fair for people to assume bringing her back to dance is a consolation prize for not getting the hosting gig alongside Jennifer Zamparelli. "It's been a joy to be on set full stop and now being given this opportunity on top of the podcast, I feel very lucky and you know I got to tick that box.
The first team will be made up of, Eurovision star, Brooke Scullion and her partner Robert Rowiński, singer and Glee actor, Damian McGinty and his partner Kylee Vincent and, drag queen, Panti Bliss and her partner Denys Samson – they will be known as the ‘HandClap Hustlers’ and will be joined by captain, Jake Carter and his partner Karen Byrne. They will dance to the song, ‘HandClap’ by Fitz and the Tantrums.
Before all of that the six couples will still dance individual dances as normal. Off the back of earning the first perfect score of the season, Brooke and Robert will dance Tango this week to ‘Libertango’ by Escala.
